Crypto Custodian Taurus Expands Footprint to Turkey Through BankPozitif Collaboration
Swiss crypto custody firm Taurus has partnered with Turkey's BankPozitif to provide digital asset custody services. This is the first instance of a Turkish bank using institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure. BankPozitif will utilize Taurus's custody tool and its "EXPLORER" service to connect to various blockchains. Taurus co-founder Lamine Brahmi sees Turkey as a promising market due to high crypto adoption rates, growing institutional interest, and regulatory frameworks. This expansion follows Taurus's previous partnership with Temenos, which aimed to bring crypto wallets to thousands of banks.
