ADAs US Credentials Questioned: Hoskinson Hits Back
Former President Trump's plan to include Cardano (ADA), XRP, and Solana (SOL) in a U.S. crypto reserve alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum has sparked debate. Kavita Gupta of Delta Blockchain Funds questioned Cardano's inclusion, incorrectly stating that Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson is Canadian and that the project lacks a U.S. presence. Hoskinson responded, clarifying that he was born in Hawaii, lives in Colorado, and has family across the U.S. Trump's crypto reserve plan is tied to his January 23, 2025 executive order aiming to establish the U.S. as a center for cryptocurrency.
