A financial firm, Next Level Finance Partners, also known as Century Support Services, reported a cybersecurity incident affecting 160,759 Americans. The company's computer systems were accessed by an unauthorized party on November 7th, 2024, potentially exposing sensitive personal information. This includes full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver's license or state identification numbers, medical information, health insurance details, passport numbers, financial account information, and digital signatures. The company discovered the breach around May 30, 2025, after an investigation and is notifying affected individuals. They are offering a year of complimentary identity theft protection and credit monitoring. As of the report, no cases of identity theft or financial fraud have been linked to the breach.
