Bybit, a major cryptocurrency exchange, is partnering with the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and the Austrian Blockchain Center (ABC) to create a blockchain innovation hub in Vienna, Austria. The goal is to boost blockchain education, research, and development in Austria, aiming to make the country a leader in the field. The partnership will create a Crypto Research Lab offering educational activities and direct connections to the blockchain industry for students. Students will benefit from fintech courses taught by Bybit specialists and opportunities for internships. Bybit may invest in promising cryptocurrency startups identified through the program. A blockchain-focused hackathon and access to the Austrian Blockchain Conference are also planned. Bybit highlights its commitment to responsible blockchain development through education and empowerment.
