Brazilian Crypto Users Want to Pay with Stablecoins, Survey Shows
A recent survey of Brazilian crypto users between 23 and 45 years old reveals a strong interest in stablecoins, particularly Tether (USDT). Approximately 91.8% of those surveyed hold stablecoins, and about 85% expressed a desire to use cryptocurrencies for everyday transactions. However, despite the high adoption rate and interest, actual usage for purchases remains relatively low, with only 54.3% having ever made a crypto payment and just 37% using crypto for purchases in stores or online. The report indicates a significant gap between the desire to use stablecoins for daily spending and the actual implementation of crypto payments in Brazil.
