Google discloses new unique features for its Pixel 10 smartphone series

Google plans to announce new Pixel phones and smartwatches on August 20 in New York, featuring AI technology. The new phones will include the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. These will be released after the Pixel 9 launch on August 13, 2024, with the Pixel 10 series having more advanced processors and better hardware. The Pixel 10 series will be powered by the Tensor G5 processor, with chip production shifting from Samsung to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Google aims for a new design, using the Gemini AI application, and will launch the Pixel 10 Pro Fold series at a more budget-friendly price than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7. The new smartphones will utilize Android 16 features. Google's market valuation is below Samsung and Apple in the US, but it has loyal fans due to its high-quality camera and Android updates. Google highlighted its plans to unveil Material 3 Expressive, its new features created to showcase modern, applicable, and distinct design for its apps, such as Gmail, and in its Android system and has promised to make its latest updated version of its package available to its users before this year ends.
