Base DEX SynFutures Rolls Out AI Trading Agent
SynFutures, the biggest decentralized exchange on Coinbase's Base network with $220 million in daily trading volume and $768 million in liquidity, has launched an AI trading tool called Synthia. Synthia lets users trade crypto assets using simple language commands. The rollout will happen in three stages. Initially, it will work on the social media platform X, handling basic trades like swapping USDC for ETH. The second phase will expand Synthia's abilities to handle more complex tasks like futures trading and managing liquidity pools, and allow traders and developers to customize its use. The final phase will introduce a "meta agent" that can oversee multiple AI agents for advanced trading strategies. While algorithmic trading is already common in traditional finance, SynFutures aims to reshape how users interact with decentralized finance through AI.
